About the Rules
Section 83 of Act 1170 requires the Board to draft rules of procedure for the Legal Education Appeals Tribunal within 90 days of constitution. The rules must be approved by a panel of the Tribunal and published in the Gazette and on this website.
Publication Obligation
The Board shall publish the rules of procedure in the Gazette and on the website of the Council.
