Annual Reports

Annual reports of the Council covering activities and operations, submitted to Parliament as required by Section 21.

Annual Reporting

The Board is required to submit an annual report to the Minister within thirty days of the Auditor-General's audit report. The annual report covers the activities and operations of the Council and includes the Auditor-General's report.

Reporting Chain

Board → submit to Minister (within 30 days of audit) → Minister → submit to Parliament (within 30 days) with a statement.
