Directorate of Compliance & Assurance
The Directorate of Compliance & Assurance supports institutional compliance, risk management, ethics, integrity, policy assurance and audit coordination across CLET.
Institutional Role
The Directorate helps CLET maintain sound controls, responsible governance and accountable operations. It contributes to public trust by supporting transparency, risk awareness, regulatory discipline and adherence to approved policies and standards.
Its work strengthens institutional credibility by helping ensure that CLET's operations are lawful, ethical, well-controlled and aligned with approved internal policies and external obligations.
Core Work
Monitor institutional compliance, support policy assurance, coordinate audit-related processes, promote ethics and integrity, manage risk frameworks and help directorates identify and address compliance gaps.
Work closely with the independent Internal Audit Unit, while remaining distinct from it.
Support risk, ethics and policy compliance work within the management directorate structure.
