Compliance & Inspection
CLET conducts annual inspections of all accredited institutions to ensure continued compliance with accreditation standards.
Inspection Regime
The Council shall carry out an inspection of accredited institutions once every academic year. This annual inspection is mandatory and ensures that accredited institutions maintain the standards required for their licence.
The Council designates an officer as an inspector for each inspection. The inspector prepares a written report of facts and observations to enable the Council to determine compliance with the requisite standards.
Where credible information suggests a material breach of standards, or a significant complaint has been received, the Council may conduct additional inspections at any time.
What Inspectors Evaluate

- Library resources physical and electronic
- Physical infrastructure and classroom adequacy
